Sales Team Expands

Donghua Limited has expanded the sales team at their Wolverhampton headquarters and distribution centre to cope with the increase in orders from their growing UK-wide network of Approved Product Partners, Stockists and Distributors.

Callum Fadian, who has been working at Donghua as an Apprentice, has completed his Business Administration Level 2 course and has been offered a full-time position with the company. Callum is the third apprentice that Donghua has employed in recent years.

Caron Jones, has joined the team as a Sales Administrator, providing much needed support to the busy sales office. Caron has many years’ experience in the chain sector having worked for Roller Chain Distributors (RCD) in the past.

With the addition of two new members of staff, Claire Nuttall has been promoted to Sales Office Supervisor.

Bob Wellsbury, managing director of Donghua Limited, said: “We run a streamlined organisation both in terms of the systems we operate to manage stock & fulfil orders and our staffing levels. The sales office plays a vital role in supporting our sales managers as well as offering technical support to our customers and the increase in calls means we have had to strengthen our resources to be able to meet customers’ expectations.

He added: “I’m delighted that the apprenticeship programme has been successful for Donghua having provided full time employment for three apprentices. Schemes such as this provide real opportunities for young people, giving them practical experience that many university graduates do not possess."
