Business As Usual During Second Lockdown

We would like to reassure all our customers that we will continue to operate as normal during the second lockdown which commences in England on Thursday, 5 November 2020.

Since March 2020, we have implemented a number of safety measures to protect our employees and site visitors from the risks of COVID-19.

We have increased hygiene practices across our UK head office including the sales office, warehouse & distribution areas and kitchen/bathroom facilities ensuring objects and surfaces that are touched regularly are frequently cleaned and disinfected. We are encouraging staff where possible to work from home. Our sales team are no longer travelling or visiting customers, however, we are keeping in regular contact with our customers via phone, email and video conferencing.

We have a huge stockholding of standard Chain and a fully operational UK workshop for assembling Attachment Chain and Bespoke Chain. Shipments into us continue and courier deliveries to our customers so far remain unaffected. Our Approved Product Partners and Stockists carry a large stock of Chain to support their end-users.

We will continue to keep you updated should anything change that may affect our ability to supply you with Donghua Chain and thank you for your continued support this year.
