COVID-19 Response

We would like to reassure all our customers that we are up and running as normal during this unprecedented time. 
 
We are regularly reviewing the Government’s advice with regards to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have implemented a number of steps to protect our employees. 
 
We have increased hygiene practices across our UK head office including the sales office, warehouse & distribution areas and kitchen/bathroom facilities ensuring objects and surfaces that are touched regularly are frequently cleaned and disinfected. We are minimising any staff meetings and we are not accepting any external visitors on-site. Our sales team are no longer travelling or visiting customers, however, we are keeping in regular contact with customers via phone, email and Skype. 
 
We have a huge stockholding of standard Chain and a fully operational UK workshop for assembling Attachment Chain and Bespoke Chain. Shipments into us continue and courier deliveries to our customers are so far unaffected. Our Approved Product Partners and Stockists carry a large stock of Chain to support their end-users. 
 
We will continue to keep you updated should anything change that may affect our ability to supply you with Donghua Chain.
