Our Product Partners are major reputable companies who agree to promote Donghua chain as the first line chain brand. In return, our Product Partners receive advantageous credit and pricing arrangements and priority attention in our Workshop for cut and special build chains.
Product Partners are established either by geographic region or by chain type. All after-market and end-user enquiries for that location or chain type are directed to our Product Partners in the first instance. Donghua Limited provides technical support, as required, in terms of CAD drawings, Certificates of Conformity, drive calculations, site surveys etc.
Donghua chain is available through a significant number of Stockists across the UK who have agreed to carry an agreed minimum amount of stock of Donghua chain.
Our Stockists of Donghua chain are reputable companies, well known in their sector. If not already fulfilled by a Product Partner, after-market and end-user enquiries in their geographic location are directed to our Stockists. Donghua Limited provides technical support, as required, in terms of CAD drawings, Certificates of Conformity, drive calculations, site surveys etc. In return, our Stockists receive certain credit and pricing arrangements.
Donghua chain is also available through a large number of Distributors located across the UK. Unlike our Product Partners and Stockists these outlets do not carry stock of Donghua chain as standard, but are recognised within our ‘approved’ supplier network and are able to source our products for their end-users.
Donghua chain is available through resellers who receive certain levels of pricing and credit terms and some technical support.
