The Donghua Chain group is extremely proud of its accreditations and certifications which demonstrate the company’s continued commitment to manufacturing high quality chain products. Detailed below is a summary of the accreditations held by Donghua’s Chinese manufacturing facility, and the UK’s distribution centre. Donghua Limited – UK

BS EN ISO 9001
Donghua Limited was awarded the ISO standard in May 2010. ISO 9001 is a quality management standard that ensures organisations have proven processes in place to meet customer requirements. It is an internationally-recognised standard and is supported by the Government.

ISO 27001:2005
Donghua Limited was awarded the ISO standard in December 2011. ISO 27001 is a quality management standard covering the Information Management System applicable to the stockholding, assembly and distribution of a wide range of chains, sprockets and attachments, order receipt and processing stockholding, warehousing and distribution to our customer requirements. It is an internationally-recognised standard and is supported by the Government.

UK Material Handling Association
A new association merging the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA) and Fork Lift Trick Association (FLTA). Represents the UK’s material handling industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and other stakeholders. Donghua Limited is a member.

European Power Transmission Distributors Association
The EPTDA is the leading association for the industrial distribution channel in Europe. Its mission is to advance distribution and strengthen members to be successful, profitable and competitive in a changing market environment. Donghua Limited is a member.

ISO9002 Quality Management System
This ISO standard covered production, installation and servicing and was replaced by ISO9001

ISO9001 Quality Management System
This is an internationally recongised quality management standard. Its aim is to ensure that there are quality procedures and processes in place to meet customer expectations.

API SPECQI 2003 Technical Standard
The American Petroleum Institute (API) is the US trade association for the oil and natural gas industry. Its standard promotes the use of proven, sound engineering practices.

ISO/TS16949:2002
This is an ISO Technical Specification and relates to the quality system requirements for the design, development, production, installation and servicing of automotive related products.

ISO10012
The ISO standard that covers the management of measurement processes and measuring equipment to comply with metrological requirements.

ISO14001
Environmental Management System
This ISO standard helps organisations minimise how their processes may negatively affect the environment and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
