New Chain Cutting Service Launched
Posted on Apr 14, 2023A new in-house chain cutting service is available from Donghua Limited following the installation of our new automatic chain cutting machine.
As part of the launch of this new service, Donghua is offering distributors FREE carriage (UK mainland only) on all orders of cut to length chain.
The machine, a one of its kind in the UK, automates the chain cutting process enabling Donghua to supply distributors with cut to length Leaf Chain and Roller Chain.
Designed for speed and accuracy, the new machine cuts chain very quickly providing customers with a cost-effective solution to buying cut to length chain. It cuts Leaf Chains from ½” pitch to 11/4” pitch in AL, BL, LL, FLC series; and cuts Roller Chains from ¼” pitch to 11/4” pitch in simplex, duplex and triplex in British and American standards.
The machine has been designed by Donghua Limited, and is the most recent addition to our comprehensive workshop in the West Midlands which includes a range of machines that measure the length of chain; pre-loads chain; matches chain, cuts large pitch chain and special attachment chain, as well as our popular hot dip chain lubrication facilities.
