Pre-loading (pre-stretching) chain helps to eliminate initial elongation that can often be found in in-house built chain. This means Donghua’s Attachment Chain is ready to fit from the box and has the best possible service life.

The chain preloading machine is designed to prepare chains to the exact required tension and length. First, the desired length is set and the pins at each end are secured to hold the chain in place. A protective guard covers the chain to ensure operator safety during the process. The machine is then programmed with the chain type and the preload duration, which varies depending on the chain length. Once activated, the machine automatically preloads the chain, ensuring consistent tension and optimal performance.
