Donghua Limited maintains a substantial stockholding of standard and specialist chains in our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Wolverhampton. We serve the whole of the UK and Ireland, offering rapid delivery and responsive customer service. We receive weekly shipments of chain from China or from our sister company in the Netherlands and manage stock levels accordingly.

We offer an extensive selection of chain products including Roller Chain, Leaf Chain, Agricultural chain, Conveyor chain, Attachment chain and Stainless Steel chain. This diverse range ensures we can cater for the specific needs of various industries operating in the UK. Our UK workshop has the facilities to produce bespoke Attachment Chain and Special Chains that meet specific customer requirements. #6 UK chain workshop

I’m proud to have developed a technical workshop at our Wolverhampton headquarters which includes assembly facilities for bespoke and special Attachment Chain. With machinery including a chain length measuring machine, pre-loading machine, and chain matching equipment, we have brought chain manufacture back to the Midlands. Our two automatic chain cutting machines (we’re planning to install additional machines) enables us to offer cut to length Leaf Chain and Roller Chain.

#7 Expert technical support

Our experienced team offers comprehensive technical support, assisting customers with chain selection, maintenance advice, and troubleshooting. With years of experience across a range of industries, many of our core staff have been with us since we set up the UK arm in 2009. We’re also training future talent through our apprenticeship scheme which provides opportunities for young people to enter the market and gain valuable product and industry knowledge.

Donghua chain is available to end-users through out growing network of Approved Product Partners, Stockists and Distributors. Product Partners are companies who are leading players in the distribution of chain either by geographic region or by chain type and promote Donghua chain first above any other chain brands. Stockists are carefully selected to provide a seamless extension of our sales team.

#9 Our Guarantee

We guarantee not to sell direct to end-users. This guarantee is something our network of Approved Product Partners and Stockists value. When we receive an enquiry for Donghua chain, we pass them directly onto their nearest Approved Product Partner or Stockist to fulfil.

#10 Only chain manufacturer with a Chain ID App

We are the first and only chain manufacturer in the UK to develop a Chain ID App. Based on our popular website tool, the App is designed to capture crucial data from which we can identify replacement chains swiftly.
