H1 Food Grade Lubrication – subject to application requirements, our chain is hot-dipped with a H1 food grade lubricant in our UK workshop.
Preloading of Chain – to help reduce fatigue and extend the wear life of chain, Donghua’s Attachment Chain comes pre-loaded as standard, unlike attachment chain built by other manufacturers in the UK. Chain with little or no pre-load applied will suffer significant elongation during initial use and will need to be changed sooner which means increased down-time for food production lines.
Matching of Chain – we match our Attachment Chain to within very close tolerances to ensure the attachment links engage with the sprockets together thereby eliminating undue stress which is a major cause of fatigue failures on attachments.
Roller Chain: Our Roller Chain is compatible with all the leading manufacturers of food production machinery including: Rademaker, Raque, Meurer, Johnson, Ishida, Krones, Bradman Lane, Baker Perkins and many more.
Polymer Conveyor Chain: Our plastic Conveyor Chain is designed specifically to prevent the ingress of foreign matter and reduce maintenance costs & downtime making it ideal for the Food sector. Manufactured using food grade engineering plastic, our lightweight Polymer Chain is lube-free. Due to its corrosion resistance it can be washed down during scheduled machinery maintenance. Because it’s designed with less moving parts and with no roller to wear down, our Polymer Chain reduces the need for additional maintenance downtime.
Universal Attachment Chain: A ‘one chain fits all’ Attachment Chain which replaces 99 per cent of other manufacturers’ chain. Built in the UK specifically for the distribution market, our Attachment Chain comes pre-loaded as standard. It can be supplied accurately matched & tagged for fitting in sequence on-site. Available in BS and AS with standard, nickel plated, zinc coated, self-lubricating and stainless steel finishes with common builds held in stock for immediate delivery. Loose attachments are also held in stock for in-house built chains.
Drytec Chain: our maintenance-free stainless steel chain designed with engineering plastic sleeves.
Bespoke Chain: Specially designed Attachment Chain built to specific customer specifications. Manufactured to the highest standards, incorporating state-of-the-art finishing techniques, bespoke attachments and excellent wear resistance and low maintenance.
Sprockets: We produce standard Sprockets and large pitch Conveyor Sprockets as well as Special Form Sprockets made to customer requirements. Our Sprockets are available in finished bore, pilot bore and taper bush in self-colour, Nickel plated or Coated.
All Donghua products are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities with precision tooling, delivering tolerances to within 0.5DIN accuracy. Our UK headquarters boasts a 25,000 square foot warehouse, a technical workshop and a testing laboratory.
