Terms & Conditions for Donghua Limited Competitions & Promotional Offers

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions are binding when entering any competitions or accepting any promotional offers operated by Donghua Limited, or any company or website owned or controlled by Donghua Limited.

These rules apply to all Donghua Limited competition contestants and copies of these rules are available from sales@donghua.co.uk

Entry and participation in any competition or promotional offer shall be deemed as unconditional acceptance to these terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the competition, the prizes or promotional offers form part of these terms. By entering the competition or accepting promotional offers entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them.

2. Eligibility
Entrants must be resident in the UK.

Employees of Donghua Limited, their immediate families, press, agencies, sponsors and commercial partners and other persons directly or indirectly connected with the competition or promotional offer are not eligible to enter any competition or take up a promotional offer.

Unless otherwise specified, no person may enter a competition more than once.

Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be at least 18 years old and, if requested to do so, provide proof of age.

All decisions of Donghua Limited will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

All competition entries, vouchers or sales orders must be received by Donghua Limited by the closing date or time period specified in the competition or promotional offer. No responsibility will be taken by Donghua Limited for any entries/vouchers/orders that are illegible, lost or received after the closing date/offer time period.

Proof of issue is not necessarily proof of receipt by Donghua Limited.

3. Prizes
All prizes must be collected within one month or promotional offers used within the specified time period. After that time, unclaimed prizes or offers will be deemed null and void. It is the responsibility of winners to claim their prize/offer.

All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner and Donghua Limited excludes all warranties in connection with any prize. Donghua Limited is not liable for any costs relating to the collection of prizes including travel and accommodation.

Prizes and promotional offers are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

4. Publicity
Competition entrants may be required by Donghua Limited to participate in a photo or video and acknowledge that Donghua Limited has the right to use such publicity in any medium and in any reasonable manner.

Competition entries and material submitted in connection with any competition become the property of Donghua Limited who may use the material in any medium and in any reasonable manner. Copyright of any material remains the sole property of Donghua Limited.

Donghua Limited may publicise, broadcast and disclose a competition winner’s name, company, location, statements or any recording in advertising and promotional activities.

Donghua Limited may incorporate information from competition entrants in databases used for the purpose of its business. Upon entry into a competition, a contestant automatically gives permission for use of personal data and this information will be retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

5. Jurisdiction
These rules are governed in accordance with English Law.

Donghua Limited may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
